On September 12, two new Directors were voted onto the Connecticut Radio Fellowship Board:
Cheryl Jourdan of Windsor has worked as an educator in Connecticut for over 40 years in a variety of settings, both in the classroom and as a private tutor. Her current focus is providing assistance with navigating the college admissions process. Cheryl treasures her family and spending time outdoors in every season, whether on a trail or in her flower garden. She and her husband Doug have three adult children. The couple worships at Christ Proclamation Church in Windsor, where she serves as Deacon of Member Care and engages regularly with a Bible study team at a local medical rehabilitation hospital. She has been blessed by listening to WIHS for nearly 40 years.
Stella Tse of Farmington is the Executive Director of The Golden Lampstand Association in South Windsor, a revival ministry focused on uniting the Body of Christ in prayer, evangelism and discipleship. It is also passionate about passing the torch of revival to next generations throughout Connecticut, New England and the USA. Stella was born in Hong Kong and “born again” as a teenager during a Billy Graham Crusade in Hong Kong. She emigrated to the United States and settled in Farmington, where she and her husband King Ho raised a family. Stella enjoyed a good management career in the insurance industry at Allstate, CIGNA and The Hartford before retiring and co-founding The Golden Lampstand Association.
Thus far in 2026, Connecticut Radio Fellowship has added three new Board members. Four more candidates are going through the process. By the spring of 2027, it appears that the Board will consist of a diverse group of 12 Directors who love Jesus, love Connecticut, and love WIHS. Praise God!
