2025 International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church “IDOP”
Sunday, November 2, 2025
Many ALSO observe the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and / or 5th Sunday in November
Observed annually on the first Sunday of November, the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church is a global initiative that invites Christians to stand in solidarity with believers around the world who face persecution for their faith.
Millions of Christians in over 60 countries endure harassment, imprisonment, violence, and even death because of their commitment to Christ.
This day is dedicated to raising awareness, offering intercessory prayer, and encouraging support for persecuted communities. Churches, ministries, and individuals are encouraged to pray for strength, protection, and hope for those suffering, and to advocate for religious freedom worldwide.
